The sales price achieved by the Company, through this agreement, is in line with the Government capped sales price.  Gas prices in the Ukrainian domestic market continue to increase.  During 2010 the year Regal realised an average sales price of $256/Mm3.

Condensate is commercially tendered to a number of buyers and is typically sold in contracted units of 230 to 1,400 barrels.  Condensate prices are seasonal with the highest prices achieved in the summer. During 2010 Regal realised an average sales price of $74 per barrel.
