The Company was notified on 31 October 2008 by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that following the disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 October 2008, it has an interest in 10,690,831 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 5.05 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
