The Company announces that Mr W H Humphries has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.  The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its appreciation to Mr Humphries for his valued contributions since joining the Company in September 2002.

Also with immediate effect, the Company is pleased to announce that Dr Rex Gaisford CBE has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
