Regal today announces the resignation of Mr Guenter Nolte as a director and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Regal with immediate effect due to personal reasons.  The Board of Directors of Regal expresses its appreciation to Mr Nolte for his contribution to Regal since joining the Board in March 2003.

Mr Frank Timis, Executive Chairman, will assume the responsibilities of CEO with the assistance of Dr Luis Quintero, Chief Operating Officer.

The Board of Regal now comprises of the following directors:
