Regal announces that Mr Nikolaos Loutsigkas has resigned as a director of Regal due to ill health with immediate effect.  The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to Mr Loutsigkas for his valued contribution to Regal since joining the Board in October 2003 following Regal's acquisition of its interest in Kavala Oil S.A.

The Board of Regal now comprises of the following directors:
