The Company has been notified that on 6 February 2008, Mr Francesco Scolaro, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 50,379 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of £1.38 each. Mr Scolaro's holding in the Company now stands at (i) 50,379 Ordinary Shares and (ii) an interest in 1,448,067 Ordinary Shares held through derivative or economic instruments, representing in aggregate approximately 1.03 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
