The Company has been notified that today, Mr David J Greer, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £1.33 each. Mr Greer’s holding in the Company now stands at 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing in aggregate approximately 0.04 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
