The Company has been notified that on 22 July 2008, Mr David J Greer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of approximately £1.805 each.  Mr Greer now holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and 2,500,000 share options.
